You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment. Refunds apply only if less than 30% of the course has been accessed. This ensures the course remains returnable in its original state. Requests made beyond 14 days may not be eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available if the course has been completed or if significant progress has been made. This includes cases where modules have been downloaded or certification has been issued. Courses purchased through promotional discounts are non-refundable. These terms help us maintain course integrity.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your full name, enrollment email, and payment confirmation. You can do this by emailing us directly. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 additional days.

5. Partial Refunds
If only part of the course has been accessed, a partial refund may be offered. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are made with transparency and care. We will inform you of the exact amount eligible for return.

6. Payment Processing Fees
Depending on your payment method, a small processing fee may be deducted from the refund. This is determined by third-party transaction providers. Gridlab does not retain any portion beyond what is charged externally. We will provide a breakdown if applicable.
